I build outbound that gets replies.

I'm Ahmad Hassan. I run cold email and LinkedIn campaigns for B2B companies, and I build the data, automation and CRM systems underneath them. My best campaign hit an 85% positive reply rate. Every one starts with the same two things: a real signal and a real offer.

The approach

The whole game is signal and copy.

Without a signal, you're a stranger in someone's inbox. Without a real offer, the copy is noise, however clean the sequence looks. That's true on LinkedIn and it's true on email. So every campaign I build starts by finding the moment that makes the message make sense, then writing to that moment.

No signal, no offer
From: someone@agency.io · Subject: Quick question
Hi {{first_name}}, I help companies like yours grow revenue with AI-powered outreach. Do you have 15 minutes this week for a quick chat?
What happens Ignored

Nothing in this message proves you know who they are or why now. It could have gone to 10,000 people, and it reads like it did.

Signal + offer
From: ahmad@… · Subject: the 3 SDR roles
Saw you're hiring 3 SDRs after the raise. Before they start, I can hand you a verified list of 400 accounts that look like your top 10 customers, each with a live trigger, in 5 days. Want the first 40 as a sample?
What happens Replied · Positive

The signal earns the open. The offer is specific, bounded and easy to say yes to. That's the whole difference.

What I do

Four things I do well.

I can run the campaign, build the system behind it, or both. Most clients start with one and end up with the other.

Outbound campaigns

Cold email and LinkedIn outreach, end to end. I've run this for B2B companies across several markets, with my best campaign landing an 85% positive reply rate.

  • List built from live signals, not a filter export
  • Domains, warm-up and inbox rotation set before send one
  • Copy written to the trigger, replies handled within the hour

GTM engineering & RevOps

The plumbing between your data, your tools and your reps, so the right person gets the right message without anyone copy-pasting between tabs.

  • Enrichment waterfalls and signal triggers in Clay
  • Lead routing, scoring and CRM sync into HubSpot
  • Workflows in n8n, Make and Zapier that run themselves

Data scraping & enrichment

Custom scrapers and enrichment pipelines for when the off-the-shelf tools don't reach the data you need. Clean, verified and ready to use.

  • Custom Python scrapers and Apify / PhantomBuster actors
  • Apollo, ZoomInfo and Crunchbase pulls, deduped and verified
  • Analysis that tells you which segment to send to first

Custom CRM & SaaS development

Internal tools, custom CRMs and SaaS products built around how your team actually sells. Frontend, backend and AI features, shipped fast.

  • Supabase backends, APIs and webhooks
  • CRMs shaped to your pipeline, not a template's
  • AI features built in with OpenAI and Claude

Where the 85% came from

Not from volume. It came from a small list where every account had a live trigger, and an offer written for that trigger. Most outbound fails before the copy is even read, because the list was built for size instead of fit.

What every campaign gets

  • List built from signals, not from a filter export
  • Domains, warm-up and inbox rotation set before the first send
  • Copy tested by trigger, not by subject line alone
  • Replies routed and answered within the hour

About

Twenty, from Pakistan, building for the world.

I started working while I was still studying. In Pakistan, getting access to international tools is harder than it looks from outside, and learning them properly is harder still. Payment walls, blocked platforms, and almost no one around you doing this kind of work.

The usual path here is a local job or a local business. I went the other way and built the skills the international market actually pays for. Every campaign, scraper and CRM on this page came out of that decision.

Got a list that isn't replying?

Send me what you're working on. I'll tell you where the signal is, or whether there is one, and what I'd change first.
